Danielle Liddic, M.Ed., GCDF
Danielle has extensive experience as a career coach. She currently serves as a Career Coach in the Career Enrichment Network at Penn State’s College of the Liberal Arts, and she works directly with students, faculty, and employers of the School of Labor and Employment Relations. She has been serving in this role since November 2022. Danielle received both her Master of Education degree in Workforce Education and Development and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University. Danielle had been certified as a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) provided by the Center for Credentialing & Education with a curriculum developed by the National Career Development Association. In addition to this, Danielle has completed numerous trainings associated with her work, including the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) 30-Hour Career Coaching Institute, the Veterans at Work Certificate, and the Employing Abilities at Work certificate, both issued by SHRM, as well as the CliftonStrengths for Students: Champions training through Gallup. Danielle is currently enrolled in the summer 2024 session of the Federal Advisor Certificate program with the Partnership for Public Service.
In addition to her role as Career Coach, Danielle is an instructor of LA 103: Professional Development for the Liberal Arts Student. In this course, Danielle provides students with the techniques and information necessary to specify and implement post-graduation educational and career plans, assisting them with the process of developing and implementing career plans for after graduation.
Danielle is extremely passionate about facilitating connections and opportunities for students and employers in various industries and sectors. She is dedicated to helping students explore their career options, develop their professional skills, and achieve their career goals.
