Brian Redmond

Brian’s coaching experience stems from his graduate training in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. That training led him to teaching and practice where he has specialized in leadership for roughly two decades. He has developed and taught a wide variety of leadership courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as professional training. He has coached hundreds of students and clients throughout the years. Currently, most of his coaching has focused on emotional intelligence, social dynamics, leadership competencies, and in general helping leaders become more self-aware of their strengths and weaknesses. He uses several tools to help in this process such as assessments, root-cause analysis, and creating development plans.
