Coaching for Leadership (CFL)

Coaching is the cornerstone of the LRI. We provide comprehensive leadership development coaching services to help you to develop your leadership capacities: acquiring new skill sets, addressing skill gaps, and improving your leadership performance to enhance your career advancement or achieve promotion. 

Make an in-person or virtual appointment to enhance your leadership success.

  • Take an assessment to explore your current leadership capacities—to identify your existing strengths or seek to expand your current capacities, such as emotional intelligence, cultural intelligence, conflict resolution, and more. See Assessments for more information. Take the opportunity to receive individualized feedback from International Coaching Federation (ICF) and other trained coaches. 
  • Identify your unique leadership development goals and take action--by working with an individual coach to create, implement, and evaluate a leadership development plan tailored to improve your self-knowledge and leadership effectiveness. 
  • Results? Improve your career readiness for organizational leadership.

This is one of the few extracurricular services that exists in the country that provides coaching to undergraduate or graduate students, whether residential or online, especially services from ICF trained coaches, which is a globally recognized credential for coaches. You have the unique opportunity to take advantage of services typically reserved for high performers in organizations.  

Timeframe: work with a coach for up to 3 months.
